Erika Gerdemark Photography - Blog - wedding photographer in Stockholm, Sweden, Europe - bröllopsfotograf Stockholm, Sverige bio picture

Welcome to my Blog!

I am a photographer based in Stockholm, Sweden. This is a blog about my work, my thoughts, my art and my business.

I work mostly with weddings, it's my biggest passion. But I also do other types of portraits, still life and reportage.

I find my inspiration in fashion and in nature. The scenery seen from a train window on my way to my hometown, fashion magazines, and constantly view websites about weddings all over the world are some of the things that keep me going.

Live - create - explore

From the forest - a featured wedding from Södertuna slott

I have two featured real life weddings in the new Swedish wedding magazine Herrgårdsbröllop. One of them is Sandra’s and Nicklas’ fairy tale wedding from Södertuna slott. They had an elf theme on their wedding that was very memorable. During the dinner a pyrotech team released smoke to get a foggy feeling in the big dining-room...

No red roses

In the beginning of December I did a shoot for Interflora. The theme was Valentines day and it ended up very colorful. The talented florists were told to not use red roses, which is the most classical flower for love. When the stores buy the roses from the wholesalers the price for red roses are...
