When we started this session at Fredrik Wass‘ freelance office we laughed so much that I started to be a little bit worried about the result. But I think that we finally managed to put it all together, even if one stool got broken when I was standing on it (that was necessary since Fredrik is about 2 meter long and I am quite short). Fredrik Wass is also known as Bisonblog, he is a journalist frequently hired by Swedish press when it comes to questions about social media and internet. Fredrik wanted some new press photos, but the photos below show more from the second session we had under a bridge near his home a Saturday evening a few weeks ago.

Last weekend I had a travel story featured in the Sunday edition of Svenska Dagbladet (one of the biggest newspapers in Sweden). I travel quite often together with the journalist Evelyn Pesikan and this article is about lovely Bretagne in northwest France. I’m also happy for the cover photo of SvD Travel & Food. At the moment I am in Ireland for some more magazine work and I just love it here. The fairytale landscape takes my breath away. From San Francisco to Ibiza

Traveling is freedom for me. I’m thankful for the possibilities and even life challenges me sometimes I also know that is when I’m growing and getting stronger on a personal level. One of my favorite things is to drive a car alone in a new country viewing a landscape and listen to some great music. I’ve been traveling a lot the past months and the wedding season is about to begin very soon (starts in Skåne) and I will photograph many weddings abroad this year. I’ve spent the past week in Spain for some magazine work and next week I will be traveling to Ireland with a journalist. Let the summer begin!

Wedding photographs at Cavallo Point, San Francisco

New York was fun! But there was something with San Francisco that attracted me even more. I liked the hills, the victorian houses in pastel colors, the tramcars and the fog over the Golden Gate bridge. In the end of March I was honored to photographed Katie & Ryan’s wedding at Cavallo Point, just outside San Francisco and next to the Golden Gate bridge.

When I first met Katie and Ryan was when they picked me up a few days before the wedding at the hotel downtown in San Francisco. They took me for a ride and guided me in the town and showed me the wedding location and also the location for the rehearsal dinner that was held in Sausalito. After a very nice dinner with the bridal couple at Cavallo Point I just had a very warm feeling in my heart. The way they told me their story really moved me and I realized I had just met a very romantic and fun couple.

The wedding day was framed by a navy blue and coral theme. Katie had even bought some rubber boots in coral in case of rain. And it did rain, but that was just in the end of the portrait session just before everyone were seated for dinner. I can’t believe that it was room for me and my equipment in the back seat of that little red car. It must have looked quite fun!

Thank you Katie & Ryan for being one of the most wonderful couples I’ve ever meet. I hope that we can met soon again in San Francisco or in Sweden!
